The Problem

The posting
treadmill.

A diagnostic in three parts — why so many Florida feeds stay busy and stay invisible.

  1. Busy isn't the same as seen.

Posting every day feels productive. Without a strategy underneath, it's motion — not traction, not new business.

  2. Your voice keeps drifting.

A different tone every week reads as a different brand every week. Recognition never gets the chance to compound.

  3. "What do we post today?"

The daily scramble is the symptom. The missing content plan is the cause — and it's the part most feeds skip.

The starting point

Strategy before posting.

Most feeds start with a logo and a guess. Among social media marketing agencies in Florida, the ones that get results start with a social media strategy — who you're talking to, what they care about, and what makes them stop scrolling.

Strategy first.
Feed follows.

A strategy session laid out flat on cream linen in golden-hour window light — an open burgundy linen-bound notebook with handwritten pencil notes and a brass pen across the spine, a vertical audit cluster of four small printed feed mockups in burgundy and rose-gold tones with tiny rose-gold paperclips, a cream persona index-card with a line-drawn figure and pencil annotations, four content-pillar color swatches in burgundy, rose-gold, honey and olive, an olive branch in the upper-left, and a brass paperclip cluster at the bottom-right.

Before the first post, your strategy phase runs three exercises:

  1. Profile & Competitor Audit

Your existing profiles plus three to five rival feeds. What they post, what actually lands, and where the open gaps are.

  2. Audience & Platform Fit

Which people you actually want, where they scroll, and which platforms earn the effort — and which to skip.

  3. Content Strategy Workshop

Four content pillars, a hook library, and a theme plan for the first months — decided with you, not for you.

You leave with one working document: your audience, your four content pillars, the tone each platform gets, and a theme plan for the months ahead.

Only then do we post. Captions, hooks, carousels, reels — every piece traces back to a decision you already signed off on. It's content marketing with a strategy underneath, not a feed you fill on a whim.

The Scope

Clear scope. No surprises.

"Social media marketing" means different things at different agencies. Here's exactly where our social media marketing services start and stop — so nothing gets assumed, and nothing gets billed by surprise.

In every plan
  • Content strategy & four content pillars
  • Captions, hooks, graphics, carousels
  • Monthly editorial calendar
  • Scheduling & publishing at peak times
  • Hashtag strategy, refined over time
  • Monthly report + recommendations
A separate service
  • Paid social ads (Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Community management — replies to comments & DMs
  • Crisis communication
  • Influencer marketing & partnerships
  • On-site photo & video production
  • TikTok & YouTube (add-on platforms)

We'd rather name the line than blur it.
You always know what's included.

The Monthly Loop

How a month works.

Every month runs the same loop — five stages from plan to report. You approve the whole calendar before anything goes live, and nothing publishes without your sign-off.

Platforms

Platforms that earn the effort.

We focus on the social media platforms and channels where Florida audiences actually decide — and skip the ones that just look busy on a slide.

  • Add-on

    TikTok

Short-form video for a younger audience. Booked as an add-on when it fits the strategy — not by default.

  • Add-on

    YouTube

Long-form and Shorts. An add-on for brands where video carries the message, not the caption.

We don't run X or WhatsApp for clients. If a platform won't move your goals, we'll tell you — and skip it.

Ownership

You own everything.

Switching social media management agencies should never mean losing your accounts or your work. In the US market, clear ownership protects both sides — so we put it in writing from the start.

Your social media accounts stay yours.

We work through manager access, never as the account holder. The login is yours from day one — and stays that way.

Content transfers on full payment.

Every post, caption, and graphic we produce becomes yours once the work is paid. No hostage-taking, no fine print.

A clean exit, always.

Leave whenever you want. Accounts and materials are handed over within five business days — no drama, no lock-in.

You're never routed through an account-manager chain. You work directly with the people who know your brand — fluent in both the US and European markets.

Our Approach

What the first months look like.

A feed that gets sharper every month, not noisier.

Social media isn't a campaign you switch off — it's a presence that compounds. Here's what the first months together actually look like. Outcomes depend on your goals, your market, and the cadence we set.

Eye-level desk moment in warm late-afternoon window light — a smartphone resting face-down on a closed burgundy linen-bound notebook with a gold elastic band and a leather bookmark, beside a handmade honey-glazed ceramic mug of coffee with a single curl of steam, a brass paperclip near the spine, a young olive plant in a terracotta pot in the soft bokeh, a linen napkin fold and folded cream paper sheet in the lower-right. A calm 'the system runs itself' still life signaling established, finished work.
  1. Month one

    Foundation

Voice locked, content pillars set, the first calendar live. Posts ship on schedule — every one approved by you before it goes out.

  2. Month three

    Rhythm

The feed reads as one brand, not a grab-bag. The first real analytics tell us which content pillars and formats to lean into.

  3. Month six+

    Recognition

Consistency compounds. People start to recognize the voice, expect the cadence, and engage without being chased.

FAQ

Questions.

The questions clients ask before signing.

How much does social media marketing cost in Florida?

Each plan is custom-scoped. The price depends on how many platforms you run, your posting cadence, and the formats involved — we map your specific scope in a 30-minute discovery call, then send you a quote. We do not publish list prices because a one-size-fits-all number sets the wrong expectation for a service this tailored.

Is there a magic posting frequency — like a 5-3-2 or 3-3-3 rule?

Those ratios float around as rules of thumb, not laws. The honest answer is that the right mix of formats and frequency depends on your audience, your platform, and your goals — a B2B LinkedIn feed and a consumer Instagram feed should not follow the same recipe. We set the cadence and content split in your social media strategy phase and adjust it as the analytics come in.

Which platforms do you manage?

Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn are our standard set — consumer brands live on the first two, B2B decisions happen on the third. TikTok and YouTube are available as add-ons when they fit your strategy. We do not run X or WhatsApp for clients.

Do you create the content, or do I?

We handle content creation — captions, hooks, and graphics in your brand voice. Photos and video you provide, or we source them — stock, AI-generated imagery, or a branding shoot booked separately. On-site photo and video production is its own service.

Do I approve posts before they go live?

Yes. You get the full content calendar at the start of each month, with one round of changes included. Nothing publishes without your sign-off — there is no "trust us, we posted it" surprise.

What do I get each month?

A content calendar for the month ahead, an analytics report with the numbers that matter — reach, engagement, follower growth, and your best posts — recommendations for the next month, and a personal call to walk through it all.

Is there a minimum contract?

Plans run on a three-month minimum, billed monthly or annually, with one month's notice to end. The minimum exists because social media compounds — the first weeks build the foundation the later results stand on.

What about paid ads and community management?

Both are separate services, scoped on their own. A plan covers the organic engine — strategy, content creation, scheduling, and reporting. Paid social ads (Meta, LinkedIn) and community management — replying to comments and DMs — are booked alongside it when you want them, often as part of broader social media campaigns.

How is social media marketing different from digital marketing?

Social media marketing is one piece of digital marketing. As a Florida digital marketing agency working primarily in social, our plans focus on organic social media — the content, the calendar, the brand voice across social media platforms and channels. Paid social ads, content marketing, email marketing, search-engine work, and broader digital marketing services and marketing strategies are scoped separately or run alongside the plan as add-ons.

Who actually does the work — will I talk to a manager?

You work directly with the people building your feed, fluent in both the US and European markets — not routed through an account-manager chain. The brief stays with the person writing the captions.
