Corporate Branding · Northeast Florida

Build the brand.
Not just the logo.

A branding agency in Florida for businesses that want to look like one company everywhere — not a logo here, a flyer there, and a website that feels like a different brand. You get the whole system, designed to hold together for years.

The problem

One company.
Five different brands.

Most businesses don't decide to look inconsistent — they just grow one piece at a time. A logo from one freelancer, a flyer from another, a website a year later. Each looks fine alone. Side by side, they read as five companies, and customers feel it before they can name it.

A brand that drifts costs you the one thing that compounds: recognition. The fix isn't another logo — it's a system every piece is built from.

Our approach

We sell the system, not the logo.

Anyone can draw you a mark. What holds up over years is the structure underneath it — strategy first, then an identity built to carry that strategy into every touchpoint. How your color, type, and message actually land is a deliberate decision — rooted in what moves people to choose, not left to taste.

A logo is a mark. A brand is the system that makes the mark mean something.
  1. Strategy

Who you are, who you serve, and why you're the obvious choice — decided before a single pixel is drawn.

  2. Identity

Logo, color, type, and voice — designed as one brand identity, not a logo with decorations bolted on.

  3. Applications

Cards, stationery, signage, social — every place your brand shows up, built from the same system.

The difference

A logo is not a brand.
It's the first word — not the sentence.

Template kits and AI generators hand the same shapes to a thousand businesses, then leave you to figure out the rest.

Yours is drawn from your strategy — by an experienced creative team, for your business alone, with every application thought through before it ships.

How it works

It starts with strategy.

Most agencies open the design software on day one. We don't. The work begins with a separate, paid strategy phase — because a logo built on a guess is just a nicer guess.

Phase 00 · The foundation

Strategy

A standalone, paid first phase that decides the thinking before the design. By the end, you have a clear, written direction — and the rest of the project is built on it, not on taste.

  • Market & competitor analysis
  • Audience & personas
  • Mood boards & direction
  • Brand-values workshop
  • Tone of voice
  • Type & color research

Then we design.

  1. Design

Three distinct logo concepts, built from the strategy — presented, not guessed.

  2. Refine

Two rounds of revisions. Your input shapes the direction; the result reflects it.

  3. Hand over

Final identity, guidelines, and applications delivered — the full system, ready to use.

Who it's for

Brands we build, by sector.

Whether you're launching a brand for the first time or your look stopped matching who you've become, your business is who this is built for.

  1. Law & professional services

Where credibility is the product — an identity that signals trust before a word is read.

  2. Hospitality

Places people choose on feeling. The brand sets that feeling, from the sign to the menu.

  3. Local & growing businesses

Companies ready to look as established as they actually are — no more cobbled-together pieces.

New brand or rebrand, the system is built the same way: strategy first, then design — for businesses across Florida and beyond.

What you own

You own it outright.

Some agencies keep your logo on a leash — flat files only, source artwork held back, a quiet dependency. Not here. When the work is done and paid, it's fully yours.

  1. Full rights, transferred

On final payment, every right to your brand passes to you — yours to use, protect, and register as a trademark. The mark belongs to your business, not to ours.

  2. The source files, included

You receive the open, editable master files — the working vector artwork with live paths, not just flat exports. You're never locked into us to change a color or resize a logo.

  3. One reservation, in plain words

We keep a single right: to show the finished work in our portfolio. Everything else — every file, every right — is yours outright.

Registering the trademark itself is your call to make with your attorney — we hand you a brand that's clean and ready for it.

From the work

A brand they recognized as theirs.

A Florida law firm came to us for a full brand system. We pulled their own ideas into the process instead of designing around them — and the firm told us the result looked exactly like what they had in mind, only resolved.

FAQ

Questions.

The questions clients ask before they commit to a brand.

What does corporate branding actually include?

The whole system — not just a logo. Strategy first (market, audience, positioning, brand values), then the identity (logo, color, type, voice), then the applications you use every day: business cards, letterhead, email signatures, a newsletter layout, and a brand-guidelines document that keeps it all consistent. You walk away able to look like one company everywhere.

Isn't a logo enough? Why pay for the whole system?

A logo is one mark. A brand is everything around it — the colors, type, and rules that make a flyer, a sign, and a website feel like the same company. Buy a logo alone and the rest drifts the moment someone else touches it. The system is what keeps you recognizable, which is the whole point of branding.

Can I just buy a logo from you?

We don't sell a logo on its own — every brand we build is a full system, on purpose. A logo with no strategy or guidelines behind it tends to cost more later, when nothing else matches it. If you genuinely need a single piece designed against an existing brand, that's our graphic design service instead.

What is the paid strategy phase, and why is it separate?

It's a standalone first phase where we decide the thinking before the design: market and competitor analysis, your audience and personas, brand values, tone of voice, and direction through mood boards. It's separate and paid because it's real work that stands on its own — and because a logo built on a guess is just a nicer guess. Everything we design afterward is built on it.

How is a branding agency different from an ad or digital marketing agency?

Branding decides who you are and how you look and sound — the foundation. A digital marketing agency promotes that brand through ads, search, and email to bring people in. One builds the asset; the other puts it to work. We do both as separate services, and they're strongest when the brand is settled first.

Do I own the brand and the files when we're done?

Yes — outright. On final payment, every right transfers to you, and you receive the open, editable source files, not just flat exports. You're never locked into us to change a color or resize a mark. The only right we keep is to show the finished work in our portfolio.

Can I trademark the brand you design?

Yes. The brand is yours to register and protect — we hand you clean, original artwork built for your business, not a template shared with a thousand others. Filing the trademark itself is your decision to make with your attorney; we make sure what you own is ready for it.

How long does a branding project take?

Most visual-identity projects run about four to six weeks once the strategy phase is done, depending on scope and how quickly feedback comes back to us. That's a typical timeline, not a guarantee — your involvement keeps it moving, and we'd rather get it right than rush it.

How much does corporate branding cost in Florida?

Every brand is custom-scoped — your cost depends on what your business needs, from a focused identity to a full system with an extended design manual. You map your specific scope in a 30-minute discovery call and get a quote. There are no published list prices, because a one-size number sets the wrong expectation for work this tailored to you.

What do you need from me to get started?

A short brief on who you are and who you serve, any current brand materials if you're rebranding, and a sense of competitors you admire or want to stand apart from. We'll shape the rest together in the strategy phase — you don't need to arrive with it all figured out.
