Marketing Consulting · Northeast Florida

A marketing strategy you own.
Built to act on — not to file away.

A marketing consultant for Florida businesses that are busy doing marketing but aren't sure it's working. You get a clear plan, grounded in twenty-plus years across the US and European markets — and you decide who puts it into motion.

Start the conversation

A 30-minute discovery call. No pitch deck.

The real problem

Busy isn't the same as working.

You're boosting posts, running ads, refreshing the logo, sending the newsletter, chasing the next platform, rebuilding the website, buying another tool.

None of it compounds without a strategy underneath.

When every tactic runs on its own, your budget leaks in five directions at once and nothing builds on what came before. You're moving, but you're not getting closer to anything. What you need isn't more activity — it's a direction that makes every move pull the same way.

Why this works

Two markets. Two models. One read on your business.

Twenty-plus years across the US and European markets, on both sides of the buying decision — consumer brands and B2B. You get a consultant who has seen what travels between very different markets and what quietly doesn't, and who can tell you which is which for yours.

And you'll always hear the honest version. If a channel won't pay off for your business, you'll be told before you spend on it — not after.

Let's be clear

What consulting here is not.

Marketing consulting gets used to mean a lot of things. So before you spend a minute of your time, here's exactly what you're not signing up for — and what you get instead.

  • Not coaching.

We don't work on you. We work on your marketing — the strategy, the channels, the numbers behind them.

  • Not a sales seminar.

No motivational deck, no recycled scripts. A plan built around your business, your market, and your budget.

  • Not a strategy that dies in a drawer.

Every engagement ends in a document you can act on Monday — priorities and owners, not theory.

  • Not done-for-you by default.

We advise; you decide who executes. Want us to build it too? That's a separate service — your call, never assumed.

How it works

How an engagement runs.

From the first call to the finished roadmap, you always know where you are and what comes next. These are typical timelines — a guide to the shape of the work, not a guarantee.

  1. Start 30 min

    Discovery call

A short call to pressure-test the fit — no charge, no pitch deck. Just whether there's something here worth doing for your business.

  2. Diagnose 2–6 weeks

    Audit & diagnosis

You hand over the access; we pull apart what you're running today — channels, spend, competitors — and find where the budget is leaking.

  3. Plan 6–8 weeks

    Strategy development

The plan itself: where to play across your digital marketing — SEO, social media, email marketing, content — what to cut, what to double down on, sized to your market and your budget, not a template.

  4. Handover Included

    Roadmap & handover

Priorities, owners, and sequence, written so your team can pick it up and run. The document is yours to keep and act on.

  5. Optional Ongoing

    1:1 sparring

Want a second read while you execute? Regular one-on-one sessions, for as long as they stay useful to you.

However deep it goes, every engagement ends the same way — in a document you own.

Ways to work together

Pick the depth you need.

Some businesses need one clear answer. Others want a partner for the long haul. You choose how deep this goes — from a single audit to a standing seat at your table.

After the strategy

You decide who builds it.

A strategy is only worth the action it sets off. So the moment the plan is yours, one question decides what happens next — and you're the one who answers it.

Who executes the plan?

Option one

Your team.

The strategy is written to be handed over — clear priorities, named owners, a sequence your people can run with. You keep it all in-house, and we stay out of your way.

Option two

Our team.

Rather have it done for you? The same plan flows straight into our delivery services — no re-briefing, no lost context — and you stay in control of scope the whole way.

Selected engagement

What this looks like in practice.

We advise businesses across Florida. One engagement shows the shape of the work better than any list — kept anonymous out of respect for the client.

The sector
Hospitality — a Florida business with no marketing function at all.
The brief
Not a campaign. Build the marketing function itself, from the ground up.
The work
Team structure, standard operating procedures, who owns which decision, and how the budget gets planned across the year.

Consulting like this isn't a campaign you launch. It's the structure a business stands on long after we've left the room.

An editorial still-life on cream linen in golden-hour window light — an open ring-bound planner with a faint hand-drawn process flowchart, a stack of tabbed file dividers, a brass ruler and paperclip, a deep-burgundy notebook with a ribbon, and a eucalyptus sprig in the foreground.
Honest fit

Who this is for.

The strongest engagements start with an honest match. So here's where consulting earns its keep for you — and where another service would serve you better.

This works if you —

The ingredients of an engagement that actually pays off.

  • You have a decision-maker in the room — the calls a strategy surfaces need someone who can actually make them.
  • You can give it real time — a few hours a week while we dig in, so the work never stalls on your side.
  • You'll share the data — analytics, sales, customers — a plan is only as sharp as what it's built on.
  • You're ready to act, not just read — the roadmap is built to move on; it's wasted sitting in a folder.
  • You already have some marketing running — we sharpen what exists far faster than we invent from a blank page.

Tick most of these, and a strategy engagement is time well spent.

It's not the fit if you —

No hard feelings — another service will serve you better.

  • You want it fully done, hands-off — that's execution — our delivery services, not consulting.
  • You're starting from absolute zero — with nothing to analyze yet, you're better off beginning with the build.
  • You want a quick tactical fix — consulting changes the direction, not just the next post or ad.
FAQ

Questions.

The questions clients ask before a first engagement.

How much does a marketing consultant cost in Florida?

There's no list price, because a one-off audit and a multi-month strategy engagement aren't the same job. You map your exact scope in a 30-minute discovery call and get a quote built around what you actually need — not a package you have to grow into.

What's the difference between consulting and your other services?

Consulting is advice — we work out what your marketing should do and hand you a plan to act on. Everything else a marketing agency offers is delivery: building the website, running the social, designing the brand. With consulting, you own the strategy and decide who executes it.

Do you also handle the execution?

Only if you want us to. The strategy is written so your own team can run it — but if you'd rather have it built, the same plan flows straight into our delivery services, with no re-briefing. It's your call, never assumed.

If you end up building it, does the consulting fee carry over?

Yes. If a consulting engagement flows into us delivering the work, your consulting fee is credited toward that project — you don't pay twice for the thinking and the building. We'll show you exactly how it applies before you commit to anything.

How long does an engagement take?

A marketing audit usually runs two to six weeks; a full strategy, six to eight. The range depends on scope and how quickly we get the access and answers we need from you. Those are typical timelines to plan around, not guarantees.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Not for one-off work like an audit or a competitor analysis — that's scoped and done. Ongoing retainers start at a three-month minimum, because strategic guidance needs a little runway to show up in the numbers.

What do I actually get at the end?

Something you can hold and act on — an audit report, a strategy document, a prioritized roadmap, or session notes, depending on the engagement. It's written for your team to use, and it's yours to keep.

What do you need from me to get started?

A decision-maker who can act on what we surface, a few hours a week while we dig in, and access to your data — analytics, sales, customers. The sharper the picture you can share, the sharper the plan you get back.

Will you keep what I share confidential?

Yes. Everything you hand us — numbers, plans, customer data — stays confidential, and we'll sign your NDA before we start if you'd like one in place. Your strategy is yours alone; we don't recycle it for anyone else.

Which industries do you work with?

Florida businesses across a range of sectors — consumer brands and B2B alike. The methods carry; the recommendations don't. Everything is built around your market, drawing on twenty-plus years across the US and European markets.

Do you offer marketing coaching or sales training?

No. This isn't coaching or a motivational seminar — it works on your marketing, not on you. You get strategy grounded in your business and your numbers, with a clear plan to follow.

What if I'm just starting out with no marketing yet?

Then consulting probably isn't your first move — there's little to audit from a blank page. You're usually better served starting with the build, and we'll happily point you to the right service for that.
